This portal (the “Service”) is operated by Code & Copy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the limits of our liability. By accessing or using the Service you agree to this policy.
Data is used solely to deliver and maintain the Service, communicate with the relevant marketplaces on your behalf, support billing, and provide auditable records to organisation administrators. We do not sell user data.
Code & Copy has taken substantial care to ensure the portal is secure, including encryption of credentials at rest, role-based access control, and activity logging. No system is, however, immune to compromise.
In the event of a data or privacy breach, the matter will be handled in accordance with our PAIA Manual and applicable South African law (including POPIA). No compensation will be available from Code & Copy as a result of any breach, save where compensation is mandated by a competent court or by way of negotiated settlement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code & Copy, its employees, contractors and affiliates accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential financial loss, lost revenue, lost profit, lost data, marketplace suspensions, or business interruption suffered by a user or organisation arising out of or in connection with use of the Service.
Where a court of competent jurisdiction orders compensation, or where Code & Copy elects to settle a claim, the maximum aggregate amount payable shall not exceed ZAR 1 000 000 (one million Rand), inclusive of all costs, interest and damages.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by following the procedure set out in our PAIA Manual.
